Firm Advises on Largest Saudi Project Finance Sukuk Ever Issued

Sadara Chemical Company, the joint venture between The Dow Chemical Company, and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), closed a SAR 7.5 billion (approximately US$2 billion equivalent) sukuk in Saudi Arabia as part of the financing for the $20 billion Sadara integrated chemical project.
