In an article published on BBC.com anti-corruption partner Philip Urofsky discusses certain unresolved questions in light of the implementation of the UK Bribery Act on July 1. In particular he refers to whether the Act covers companies listed in the UK but not carrying on physical operations, due diligence on subcontractors and the question of liability between a parent company and a subsidiary.
