Shearman & Sterling was named among the star players in Hong Kong's IPO scene in an article entitled, "CCB Flotation Heralds China and Hong Kong's IPO Goldrush," recently published in The Lawyer. The article notes "Shearman & Sterling topped the manager legal adviser list, advising on deals worth $885m."  This was in recognition of the firm's work in IPOs completed in Hong Kong in the past 12 months.
