Shearman & Sterling is representing Giuliani Partners, a management consulting company with experience in security and crisis management, in a joint venture with Sabre Technical Services, a leading provider of decontamination technology and services, to create Bio·ONE LLC.

Bio·ONE has experience cleaning anthrax-contaminated buildings and its technology provides a highly effective decontamination system. These qualifications influenced Crown Co.'s decision to hire Bio·ONE to decontaminate the American Media Inc. building, which it now owns. The building has been closed since anthrax was found there after September 11, 2001.
