Shearman & Sterling advised Havas, the global advertising and communications services group headquartered in Paris, in the issuance of €350 million 5.5% notes due 2014. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. CM-CIC Securities, Natixis and Oddo & Cie were the bookrunners.
