Partner Vicki Veenker (MP-IP) participated in a roundtable discussion for the March 2004 issue of IP Law & Business. In an article entitled "Inside Out," Veenker discussed IP litigation and working with in-house counsel to manage these cases.  Other participants included law firm partners and in-house counsel who debated the best approaches for dealing with the complicated aspects of litigating IP disputes.
