Laurence Levy is co-head of the Corporate Group of the London office of Shearman & Sterling. He has more than 20 years’ experience advising on corporate finance transactions and other corporate matters, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, restructurings, privatisations, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory work. He is cited in Legal Experts 2009 and The Legal 500 UK 2009.
