Mr. Strecker, a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, represents corporations and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital financings.  He also advises corporate clients on general corporate matters.  Mr. Strecker joined the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York in 1997.  Mr. Strecker was named by IFLR’s Guide to the World’s Leading Law Firm as a Leading Lawyer in its 2009 edition and was also named by Chambers 2009 as a Leading Lawyer in Hong Kong M&A and Private Equity.
