Shearman & Sterling partner Ken Lebrun (Tokyo-Mergers & Acquisitions) has been announced as a winner for Japanese M&A in the International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Awards 2011, in recognition of the excellent service he offers to clients in Tokyo.

This is the second year running that Lebrun has received an ILO Client Choice Award, which are determined from more than 2,000 individual assessments received from corporate counsel worldwide. The criteria for the awards focus on “an ability to add real value to clients' business above and beyond the other players in the market.” Lawyers who receive an ILO Client Choice Award “stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service,” according to the ILO.
