Tokyo Managing Partner Masahisa Ikeda gave a lecture on “M&A Cross-Border Transactions” at the Financial Management Forum (Kinyu Zaimu Kenkyukai). This was the second lecture on this topic held by Ikeda, as the first, held March 16, 2011, was well received.
