Alan Seem was promoted to partner as of January 1, 2005 and has relocated to the firm’s Beijing office, demonstrating the firm’s further commitment to China.  Seem specializes in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.  The focus of his practice is on IPOs, Regulation S/Rule 144A debt and equity offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and private equity.
