Düsseldorf/New York, May 14, 2007—Shearman & Sterling advised DaimlerChrysler AG as Lead Counsel on the sale of 80.1% of the shares in the future Chrysler Holding LLC to an affiliate of the Private Equity House Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., New York.
