The New York City Bar’s Vance Center recently published a feature highlighting the firm’s pro bono work. Former associate Rocio Balestra, a visiting lawyer from Argentina, was invited by the Vance Center to discuss what motivated her to take on pro bono work, the types of pro bono cases she worked on at the firm, and the types of pro bono projects she planned to pursue upon her return to her home country.
The Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice of the New York City Bar seeks to expand access to justice in young democracies and developing economies. Partner Antonia Stolper (New York-Capital Markets) is the chair of the Vance Center Committee.
