Shearman & Sterling advised Banco Santander (Brazil) on US and English law in its issuance of US$500 Million 4.5% Notes due 2015. This offering followed the firm’s representation of Banco Santander (Brazil) in the update of its US$3.5 Billion Global Medium-Term Note Program.
