Shearman & Sterling Advises Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) in Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) in connection with a 144A/Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Notes due 2014 of CABEI under its existing Medium-Term Note program. This transaction represents CABEI’s first dollar denominated notes offering since 2005 and one of the largest notes offerings in its history.
