Shearman & Sterling represented Cyrela Commercial Properties ("CCP") in its US$ 400 million joint venture with GIC Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, and CPPIB US RE-A, a subsidiary of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. The joint venture will be managed by CCP and funds will be invested in commercial properties in Brazil.
