Shearman & Sterling represented Francisco Partners in its planned acquisition of QuadraMed Corp in a deal valued at $126 million. The deal requires approval of QuadraMed shareholders. QuadraMed's directors, executive officers and affiliates, who control 8.4% of its common shares, have agreed to vote in favor of the deal.
