Shearman and Sterling represented Industrias Bachoco, S.A.B. de C.V., in its acquisition of OK Industries, Inc., and all of its subsidiaries, including OK Foods, Inc.

Bachoco is the largest poultry producer in Mexico, with over 800 production and distribution facilities dispersed throughout the country. OK Foods is a fully-integrated chicken producer with operations based in the United States.
