Shearman & Sterling Advises Initial Purchasers in SAIC’s $750 Million Offering of Notes

Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated as representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with SAIC, Inc.’s offering of US$450 million of its 4.450% Notes due 2020 and US$300 million of its 5.950% Notes due 2040. SAIC, Inc. is a provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services and solutions to the U.S. government and other customers.
