Shearman & Sterling represented QuadraMed Corporation in its acquisition from NCR Corporation of the assets comprising NCR’s healthcare solutions business, including its market-leading MediKiosk patient access software, NCR Payment Manager, Patient Portal, Patient Tracking, Physician Referral Portal and eForms software solutions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
