T-System, based in Dallas, Texas, is the industry leader in clinical, business and IT solutions for emergency medicine. PMA, based in Williamsburg, Virginia, is a privately held company that specializes in providing facility coding and professional coding and billing services for emergency departments. Francisco Partners is a leading global private equity firm focused on investments in technology and technology-enabled businesses.
