Morgan and Citi as joint bookrunning managers and Barclays Capital, Lazard Capital Markets, Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., Howard Weil Incorporated and Capital One Southcoast as co-managers in connection with Cobalt International Energy, Inc.’s public offering of 35,650,000 shares of its common stock, including over-allotment shares, at a price of $14.00 per share.

Cobalt, based in Houston, is an independent, oil-focused exploration and production company with a below salt prospect inventory in the deepwater of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and offshore Angola and Gabon in West Africa.
