Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters in ProLogis’s $350 Million Public Offering of Notes

Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley and RBS as joint bookrunning managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a public offering of investment grade notes by ProLogis, a real estate investment trust. ProLogis is the leading global provider of industrial distribution facilities, with regional headquarters in Denver, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and Tokyo.
