Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters on NII Capital Corp.’s $700 Million High Yield Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters in connection with NII Capital Corp.’s registered offering of $700 million of its 7.625% Senior Notes due 2021. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint bookrunning managers for the notes offering, with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acting as co-managers.

NII provides wireless communication services under the Nextel™ brand. Its principal operations are located in major business centers and related transportation corridors of Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Chile.
