Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $11 billion aggregate financing, including a $7 billion 5-year credit facility and a $4 billion 364-day credit facility for The Procter & Gamble Company and some of its subsidiaries.
