Shearman & Sterling Advises on $350 Million Notes Offering by Canadian Pacific Railway Company

Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Banc of America Securities LLC as joint bookrunning managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an offering of $350 million of 4.450% Notes due 2023 by Canadian Pacific Railway Company.

Canadian Pacific is one of Canada’s oldest corporations and has developed into a fully-integrated and technologically advanced Class I railway, providing rail and intermodal freight transportation services over a 15,300-mile network serving the principal business centers of Canada, from Montreal, Quebec, to Vancouver, B.C., and the US Midwest and Northeast regions.
