Shearman & Sterling assisted Altran Technologies in connection with its offering of €132 million of OCEANEs (bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares) due 2015, launched on November 10, 2009.

This transaction consisted of a public offering in France and a private placement to institutional investors in France and internationally.
