Shearman & Sterling Advises on Bank/Bond for National Amusements, Inc.

Shearman & Sterling represented National Amusements, Inc. in connection with its private placement of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 8.25% senior secured notes due 2017. The notes were issued by National Amusement’s wholly owned subsidiary NAI Entertainment Holdings LLC. The proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness. In addition, the firm also represented National Amusements, Inc. in connection with a $50 million senior secured revolving credit facility in favor of NAI Entertainment Holdings LLC. The credit facility was arranged by TD Bank N.A.
