Shearman & Sterling represented Barclays Bank PLC and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited as initial purchasers in Codere S.A.’s offering of €100 million senior notes due 2015. The firm also represented the lenders in connection with the amendment of Codere S.A.’s credit facility.
