Shearman & Sterling represented Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações in its US$682 million follow-on global equity offering. Cyrela is Brazil's largest residential real estate developer. The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to invest in land acquisition as well as for working capital purposes.
