Shearman & Sterling Advises on Dycom Investments’ $187.5 Million Notes Offering and Concurrent Debt Tender Offer

Shearman & Sterling represented Dycom Investments, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dycom Industries, Inc., in connection with its private placement of $187.5 million of its 7.125% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2021 and its concurrent tender offer for its existing 8.125% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015. A portion of the proceeds from the offering were used to fund the tender offer.
