("MSG"), a former subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation that was spun off and became a separate public company on February 9, 2010. MSG, a fully-integrated media, entertainment and sports company, is the owner of a networks broadcasting business, as well as the New York Knicks, the New York Rangers and Madison Square Garden Arena.
