Shearman & Sterling Advises on First U.S. Initial Public Offering by an Indian Company Since 2006

Shearman & Sterling has advised the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, in connection with the NASDAQ listing and $80.5 million initial public offering of ordinary shares of MakeMyTrip Limited.

MakeMyTrip Limited is the parent company of MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited, India's largest online travel agency. This is the first U.S. initial public offering by an Indian company since 2006.
