Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, and RBS Securities Inc. as representatives of the several underwriters in connection with Ford Motor Company's public offering of $2.875 billion of its 4.25% Senior Convertible Notes due November 15, 2016. This is the largest equity-linked offering by any issuer in 2009 to date.
