Shearman & Sterling Advises on HSBC’s $4 Billion Bond Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the syndicate of underwriters in connection with HSBC Bank plc’s global offering of $4 billion bonds comprised of $750 million 2.0% senior fixed notes due 2014, $1 billion 4.75% senior fixed notes due 2021, $1.35 billion senior floating rate notes due 2014 and $900 million senior floating rate notes due 2013.
