Shearman & Sterling Advises on HSBC’s $4.2 Billion Bond Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters (led by HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.) in connection with HSBC Bank plc’s global offering of $4.2 billion bonds comprised of: $1.25 billion 1.625% Senior Notes due 2013, $1.5 billion 4.125% Senior Notes due 2020, $550 million Floating Rate Notes due 2013 and $900 million Floating Rate Notes due 2012.
