Shearman & Sterling has acted as US, English, German and French counsel to Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital and ING Bank, as initial purchasers in connection with InterXion Holding N.V’s €200 million bond offering. The offer closed on February 12.

InterXion is a European data centre company headquartered in The Netherlands. Its 26 carrier-neutral data centres in 11 European countries provide its customers with access to multiple local and global communication networks.

The Shearman & Sterling team of lawyers in the firm’s London, Frankfurt, Paris and New York offices was led by capital markets partner Jacques McChesney. He was assisted by partner Katja Kaulamo, counsel Robert Ferguson and associates Cedric Van den Borren, David Plattner, Paul Beck, Markus Herz, Simon Weiss and Severine de la Courtie and trainees James Simpson, Francois de Cambiaire and Arnaud Lacroux. Partners Mei Lian, Esther Jansen and Pierre-Nicolas Ferrand, counsel Peter Hayes and associates Sebastian Cohnen, Karan Chopra, Odilo Wallner, Philippe Wolanski and Carla-Sophie Imperadeiro advised on finance aspects of the deal. Tax advice was provided by associate Derek Kershaw.
