Shearman & Sterling represented Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank, a Peruvian bank, acting through its Panamanian branch in connection with its 144A/Regulation S offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.750% Senior Notes Due 2020. This is Interbank’s first senior debt deal in the international capital markets following a hybrid capital raise in the spring.
