Shearman & Sterling Advises on Mewah International's $210 Million IPO

Shearman & Sterling represented Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas, as the Joint Bookrunners, and RHB Bank Berhad and United Overseas Bank Limited, as the Joint Lead Managers, in connection with Mewah International Inc.'s approximately US$210 million Rule 144A/Regulation S initial public offering on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Mewah is one of the largest palm oil processors in the world by capacity.
