Morgan as joint bookrunners and BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC and The Royal Bank of Scotland as co-managers in connection with the $700 million bond offering by South African-based media company and pay-TV provider Naspers Ltd.
The 6.375% seven-year bonds are guaranteed by Naspers and issued through the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Dutch-incorporated Myriad International Holdings BV.
