Shearman & Sterling advised Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, the largest engineering and construction company in Latin America, and its offshore finance company, Odebrecht Finance Ltd., in the issuance of US$500 million 7% notes due 2020. HSBC, Santander and BB Securities were the lead managers.
