Shearman & Sterling Advises on 'One-Stop Shopping' Deal for El Pollo Loco, Inc.

Shearman & Sterling represented Jefferies Finance LLC as arranger, book manager, co-syndication agent, administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with $182.5 million first lien financing and a $105 million in second lien notes offering for El Pollo Loco, Inc. In connection with this transaction a Shearman & Sterling capital markets team also represented Jefferies & Company, Inc. as dealer manager and solicitation agent in connection with a tender offer and consent solicitation for any and all outstanding high yield senior secured notes, senior notes and senior discount notes of El Pollo Loco, Inc. and its direct parent holding company.
