Shearman & Sterling represented Rossi Residencial S.A. in its US$500 million global equity offering. Rossi is one of the leading real estate developers and builders in Brazil.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to invest in land acquisition and lower-income residential projects, as well as for general financing and working capital purposes.
