On July 30, 2010, Starwood Capital Group, through its subsidiary Groupe du Louvre, sold to Alrov Group all of the shares comprising the share capital of the company which owns the Lutetia Hotel. The Lutetia is a four-star Parisian hotel, opened in 1910, comprising 230 rooms and suites.
