Shearman & Sterling represented Smarte Carte, Inc. in the restructuring of its existing senior credit facility (with HSH Nordbank AG, New York Branch, as administrative agent, and National Australia Bank Limited and Macquarie Bank Limited as co-lead arrangers) and its mezzanine credit facility (with AMP Capital Investors Limited, as administrative agent), as well as its entry into a new senior mezzanine credit facility (with Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as administrative agent and arranger).
