Shearman & Sterling is representing the Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners in connection with THEOLIA’s €60 million rights offering with preferential subscription rights.

The offering is open to the public in France until July 7, 2010 inclusive. Settlement and delivery of the new shares on Euronext Paris is scheduled to take place on July 20, 2010.

THEOLIA is an independent international developer and operator of wind energy projects primarily active in France, Germany, Italy and Morocco.
