Shearman & Sterling advised Goldman Sachs and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $3.7 billion financing (available in HK$, MOP and US$) for VML US Finance, LLC, also known as Venetian Macau, a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp., for the development of Sands Cotai Central, an integrated casino resort on the Cotai Strip in Macau.
