Beijing, August 8, 2008—Shearman & Sterling has advised China Mass Media International Advertising Corp in connection with its US$50 million initial public offering and NYSE Arca listing.

China Mass Media International Advertising Corp, a leading independent television advertising company, is the first Chinese television advertising company to be listed on NYSE Euronext and only the second Chinese company to list in the US this year.

Alan Seem, Capital Markets partner at Shearman & Sterling in Beijing, led the team, working with Beijing Capital Markets associates Chris Chen, Yunlong Gao, Jun Liu, Xikang Wang and legal assistants Pei Zhao and Jingxi Yang.
