Paris, January 4, 2008—Shearman & Sterling represented Infogrames Entertainment SA in connection with the issuance of €150 million of ORANEs due in 2014 (bonds reedemable in new or existing shares). Proceeds of the offer will be used to repay loans from Banc of America and to finance the company’s investments, notably to relaunch its publishing activities, and to meet operating costs.

Infogrames Entertainment SA, the controlling shareholder of the ATARI Group, is a major international producer, publisher and distributor of interactive video games.
