New York, November 30, 2007—Shearman & Sterling represented Olympia Capital (Group) Limited and Olympia Capital (Cyprus) Limited in the sale to CACEIS Fastnet Alternative Administration S.A.S. of 100% of Olympia Capital (Bermuda) Limited, OC Financial Services Inc., Winchester Global Trust Company Limited, Brooke Securities Holdings, Inc. and Olympia Capital (Ireland) Limited (collectively, the “Olympia Companies”).

The Olympia Companies are engaged in hedge fund administration services, including offshore fund accounting, trustee, and registrar and transfer agency services. CACEIS, a full-function joint-venture of Credit Agricole S.A. and Natixis S.A., offers custody and depositary, fund administration and corporate trust services.
